Are you ready to quit smoking, vaping or tobacco?  There are resources to help!


Quit Now Virginia​ is a FREE tobacco cessation program through the Virginia Department of Health that is provided to Virginia residents age 13 and older.  Some of the options include:

  • Quit Coach - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Web Coach - including a private online community of support
  • Quitting Plan - with easy to follow steps
  • Quitting Aids - nicotine replacement or other medicine (if included in your Quitting Plan - this also may be covered by health insurance)

Here is the first step:  Call 1-800-Quit Now (1-800-784-8669), or go to the   Quit Now Virginia website.
