2-1-1 Virginia - a free 24/7 referral service to help you find the local resources you need such as food or rent
NAMI Blue Ridge - support, education, and advocacy group for individuals with mental illness

Lifeline Chat (1-800-273-8255) - counsleors offering emotional support
The Woman's Initiative (434-872-0047) - offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health services including counseling, social support and education, regardless of ability to pay
THRIVE (1-313-662-8209) - Trans-led and operated 24/7 crisis text line specific to underrepresented individuals (person of color, LGBTQIA+, person living with disabilities)
